3. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features (e.g., promoted listings or subscription plans) may require payment. By starting a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Content

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates privacy or publicity rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
